How long does delivery take?
Delivery within mainland France generally takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you deliver outside of France?
Currently, we only deliver to mainland France. Other countries will be available soon — stay tuned!
Are the nails reusable?
Yes! If applied with adhesive gel pads, they can be gently removed and reused multiple times. With glue, the application is more durable but less suitable for reuse.
How long do they last?
With the included glue: up to 10 to 14 days depending on your activity. With adhesive gel pads: 3 to 5 days with daily use. Avoid prolonged soaking in water to extend their wear.
How do I choose my size?
Each kit contains several sizes. Measure the width of your natural nails and compare them with the size guide available on each product page. If in doubt between two sizes, choose the larger one — it will be more comfortable.
How do I apply the nails correctly?
Clean and dry your natural nails. Choose the appropriate size for each finger. Apply a thin layer of glue (or gel pad) to your natural nail, place the false nail, and hold for 10 seconds. Avoid contact with water for 1 hour after application.
How do I remove the nails without damaging them?
Soak your fingers in warm, soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes, then gently slide off the nails. Never force them — this could damage your natural nail.
Do the nails damage natural nails?
No, if applied and removed correctly. Our nails do not require prior buffing. Simply follow the removal instructions to preserve your natural nails.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to contact us in case of an issue. Unopened products can be returned. In case of a size error, we offer an exchange. Contact us at contact@mbbeauty.store.
Can I exchange them if the size doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer an exchange within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. Only return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part. Contact us at contact@mbbeauty.store for an exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are secure.
Is glue included in the order?
Yes, each MB Beauty kit comes with glue and adhesive gel pads, as well as all necessary application accessories.
Do your products comply with European standards?
Yes, our products comply with European cosmetic regulation CE 1223/2009 as well as the CLP standards in force in France.
