How long does delivery take?
Delivery in mainland France usually takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. A confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order ships.
Do you deliver outside France?
For now, MB Beauty delivers only to mainland France.
Are press-on nails reusable?
They can be reused when they are removed carefully and remain in good condition. Gel pads generally make reuse easier, while glue is better suited to longer wear.
How long do they last?
With good preparation and glue application, wear can last up to 10 to 14 days depending on your activity and daily routine. Gel pads are better suited to shorter wear and easier removal.
How do I choose my size?
Available sizes vary by design. Measure the width of your natural nails and compare your measurements with the size guide shown in the product images.

How should I apply press-on nails?
Start with clean, dry nails, choose the right size for each finger, then use glue or gel pads depending on the wear you want. Press firmly for a few seconds and avoid soaking or heavily stressing the nails immediately after application.

How do I remove press-on nails?
Soak your fingers in warm soapy water to help loosen the adhesive, then gently lift the press-ons. If they resist, continue soaking rather than forcing them off.
Can press-ons damage natural nails?
The risk depends on the application method and especially on removal. Gentle removal without pulling the press-on off helps limit stress on the natural nail.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to contact us. Unopened products can be returned. For a size question or exchange, contact us at contact@mbbeauty.store so we can review the available option with you.
What if the size I chose does not fit?
Contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@mbbeauty.store. Our team will review the available exchange options based on your situation.

Are glue and gel pads included?
Yes. MB Beauty kits include the application accessories listed on the product page, including glue and adhesive gel pads.
